Cancellations Policy
I accept cancellations only before your order has been dispatched.
Because everything is handmade, I often begin work shortly after an order arrives. Once I’ve started or dispatched the item, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation:
• Contact me immediately with your order number.
• If work hasn’t begun, or the parcel hasn’t been posted, I’ll cancel and refund in full.

Returns Policy
Eligibility
• You have 14 days from delivery to notify me that you’d like to return your item.
• Returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Exclusions
• Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned, as they’re made specifically for you.
• Earrings cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
• Email me within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.
• You then have 14 days to send the item back.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• I strongly recommend using Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery to ensure safe return, as I can only process refunds for items that reach me.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of the item being safely received and inspected.
